Theresa is prompt and responded to all inquiries immediately even when she was not in the office. We had a lot of questions as this was our very 1st time doing an all Inclusive trip, our 4 children's 1st time on a plane and one of our children is disabled so the questions kept coming to her. She was very thorough and helped provide us with all of what we needed.

Therese, just a quick note to say “thank you” one more time for setting us up with a fantastic trip! We returned this week, can’t tell you enough how much we all enjoyed the trip you put together for the 8 of us. The flights went perfect, the Hotel was great, the weather was fantastic. From what we saw and heard from other guests staying in that same area, we really had a super deal. We have nothing but good things to say and remember from this trip! Thanks again.
